Bayaud provides affordable options for your document and hard drive destruction needs. Pricing below is for the Greater Metro Denver area. There is a small upcharge for locations outside the Metro Denver area.
Secure document shredding pricing
Bayaud can provide locked containers for ongoing use. Pricing below includes the use of the container(s) and no long term contract is required. We are AAA NAID certified and HIPAA compliant. Your choice of container size(s).

On-Call Service
You call to get on the schedule when your container needs serviced. (Minimum quarterly pick up preferred)
PURGES
(or one-time service) of BOXED material (we take boxes and all for this pricing)
-
1 to 20 boxes picked up $65
$65 minimum charge includes 1 to 20 boxes, picked up, transported back to our secure facility, and destroyed.
-If more than 20 boxes, additional boxes $4 each ($6 for large)
-No stairs, material must be on main level or elevator/ramp access
-No prep work required, no need to remove metal, just have it boxed and ready to go
-Please make sure boxes have lids OR secured for transport with tape across top -
using empty 64-gallon bins that we provide for you to fill with material $65
Minimum charge of $65 if only one or two used per trip, additional bins used in a single trip are just $30 each. Price includes drop off, pick up and shredding of material in bins. *You can choose this option if you want to keep your boxes *We can provide from one to 10 empty containers for you to fill with your material. You are only charged for the containers used. If you need more containers, we will deliver more until your project is complete.

Hard drive destruction pricing
We serve Denver, the greater Metro Denver area cities of Lakewood, Wheat Ridge, Golden, Arvada, Westminster, Thornton, Broomfield, Northglenn, Federal Heights, Commerce City, Aurora, DIA, Centennial, Englewood, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, DTC, Greenwood Village, and Lone Tree. We also service outer areas for a small upcharge and limited frequency like Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette, Erie, Superior, Longmont, Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Brighton, Colorado Springs, Parker, Castle Rock, and Castle Pines.
